- Redirected advertising program from agency to in-house, from trade to consumer advertising and from print to television which positively affected bottom-line sales.
- Utilized a $500,000 advertising budget to garner $1,000,000 worth of exposure.
- Introduced and directed highly successful "Busch Grand National Championship" program, "Nascar Supertruck" program and "World of Outlaws" Championship program.
- Co-founded an E-Commerce business -ToolSource.com in 1995
- Accelerated profitability from 3.9% to 7.7% in 2 years time on sales of $80 million in an increasingly tightening market.

Cannon graduated from Grove City College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He earned an M.B.A. from Gannon University and has taken classes at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where he recently received certification in “Appreciative Inquiry: Igniting Positive Change In Business & Society 2003.”
