Upon reflection, he found the essence
of his success in test results from Strength
Finders® that reported:
‘The Strategic
Theme enables you to sort through the
clutter and find the best route forward.
It is not a skill that can be taught.
It is a distinct way of thinking, a special
perspective on the world at large. This
perspective allows you to see patterns
where others simply see complexity.'
Bob has decided to utilize his gift, his
experience and his education to
help visionary business leaders
gain a competitive advantage
for their organizations thereby better
serving the end user, improving stockholder
return on investment and securing jobs
for employees. He educates, involves and
informs through his frequent speaking
engagements and customizes solutions for
his consulting
