The Cannon Advantage website introduces the new Momentum Model Diagnostic as part of major changes
to the site. The website for visionary leaders and business decision-makers focuses on helping organizations achieve a competitive advantage.
The Momentum Model is the latest addition to a broad offering of information and tools available on the site. The Model consists of 16 commonly
heard phrases in manufacturing organizations. The interactive technology on the site provides immediate feedback to the person taking the
diagnostic and outlines in which phase of the Momentum Model the organization is functioning. It lists some things that are most likely going
on in the organization at the time and some things to think about.
In addition to providing immediate response to individuals, the Diagnostic also has capabilities for entire organizations. This information requires
some behind the scene collation and can be made available by scheduling a review with Bob Cannon, owner of Cannon Advantage.
Other changes to the website include repositioning of the Decision-Making page and the
inclusion of an article search function on that page. A new home page has also been developed that
again focuses on helping visionary leaders and business decision-makers understand and respond to changing needs and marketplaces. It includes
explanations for the three main reasons why organizations fail to adapt including: The Why Gap – not realizing Why they need to change;
The How Gap – not understanding How to change; and the Knowing-Doing Gap – understanding Why and How but for whatever reason,
being unable to make the change themselves.
More resources have also been added for Meeting Planners to help them have the information
they need about Speaker Services from Cannon Advantage.
The ever growing library of resource articles in the free newsletter “Taking Aim”
has now been syndicated using RSS and XML technology. Distributed through news channel feeds worldwide, our information is available in real
time to a much larger audience.
This latest website update represents the third major renovation in three years in an effort to better serve the needs of the market for the holistic
management consulting and speaking services company. Cannon Advantage helps visionary leaders and business decision-makers with better decisions
faster, facilitating increased revenues, market share and profitability.
The evolution of the Cannon Advantage website has resulted from a few ideas dropped as seeds with Linda Yarbrough and Hub McNett
of themediamix.net. Linda has been blessed with an incredible ability
for Search Engine Optimization on top of a strong marketing, promotion and advertising base of understanding. She has honed her skills working
with a variety of companies in a broad range of industries such that she can take my rough ideas and polish them into the finished product

challenging me to improve and offer more value to prospective clients as part of her process.
Hub is the technical wizard who works behind the scenes to turn impossible ideas into real world realities. He is one of the rare individuals
who doesn’t believe in “can’t be done.” Challenging projects like our Online Product

Model Diagnostic are a reality because of his efforts. Even more impressive is the technology behind these features that make
