Sales Management SystemSales management is critical to successful marketing. Whether the person managing the sales force is a former sales whiz from within the company or an experienced outsider, it is important that they have a sales management system that is positive, and repeatable.

My own sales management system is the result of a career in sales and marketing and like any endeavor, is built on a mission that has evolved for me over time focused on serving three stakeholders.

With my mission as my foundation, my system has grown as the result of tactics I learned by trial and error. These tactics are outlined in an article entitled Tips to Optimize Sales Force Effectiveness. These tips worked for me and I hope they will work as well for you. But Tips are not a system.
