Three Step Process for Results

Get Smart, Get Focused, Get Results is the Cannon Advantage three step process for results. This process evolved over the course of a 30+ year career to produce repeatable results. The above picture is the basic overview, but under each header there are many additional issues that may or may not need to be addressed based on each individual endeavor. All of my projects today include everyone of the steps shown above to insure optimal results. This is the basis for my consulting and my coaching work. You will find aspects of this in all of my writings on all of my websites. It is the result of my education and years of experience. It is my roadmap for product and project management. It is also applicable to management of sales and marketing as well. 

I have always tackled each project individually, but have also learned that results can be achieved faster and more effectively if there is a process in place to insure that all aspects of the initiative have been covered. This process does just that.

Get Smart is the process of gathering the information necessary to achieve positive results.

Get Focused is the process of utilizing the information gathered in such a way that a well designed plan is created that will allow positive results to be achieved.

Get Results is the management process that optimizes the implementation of the plan to achieve positive results.
